It needed a new roof. Last week's rain got inside one of the top rooms in the house. The backyard fence was very old. It needed a new gate. The back gate didn't close well. The rear door in the back of the house needed work, too. The price for the house is good, but it will take a lot of work. Peter needs to look at other houses before the makes a choice.
